Welcome to Fawn Ridge! We're located approximately five miles east of downtown Dayton, Ohio in Beavercreek Township. We're only minutes from the City of Fairborn, Wright State University and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Fawn Ridge is also convenient to restaurants and shopping at The Mall At Fairfield Commons and The Greene, as well as outdoor recreation areas such as Beavercreek Wetlands, John Bryan State Park, Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve, and Glen Helen.
Fawn Ridge - 250 homes on 90+ acres of land, including common areas and a pond - is governed by the Fawn Ridge Owners Association (FROA). If you're considering moving to Fawn Ridge or if you're a new resident, make sure, you download the Letter to New Residents. It includes information on the neighborhood's history, as well as our covenants and bylaws. Residents of Fawn Ridge pay an annual owner's association fee, which pays for maintenance of common areas, administration, taxes and insurance. The association fee is due each year by August 1.
